Rename python apps entrypoints

BREAKING: Remove old entrypoints using
sudo rm -f \
  /usr/{bin,local/bin}/airtime-liquidsoap \
  /usr/{bin,local/bin}/airtime-playout \
  /usr/{bin,local/bin}/pyponotify
