Pypo: Changed the Campcaster API client to ignore playlists that have already past. Updated "cleanup()" function with Jonas fixes. Cleanup up a lot of print statements, converted to debug statements. paul.baranowski	4a055dde50	Started integration of pypo with Campcaster. Refactored pypo so that it can work with either OBP or Campcaster. Added the liquidsoap binary. Started to add the PHP API scripts to send the correct data to pypo (those these are not pretty - all one-off scripts for each API command).
