More improvements to the pypo installer:
* Added installation of daemontool scripts
* Put files in more appropriate places
* Renamed files for consistency

Started to create pypo install script (install/pypo-install.py).
Cleaned up liquidsoap scripts a bit.
Renamed nondbinstall.php to propel-install.php
Removed unused files.
