Commit so that I may access project from a different computer. Many things do not work/ are incomplete!!!

Renamed api_client.check_version() to api_client.is_server_compatible().
Started adding unit tests: pypo-api-validator.py.

More improvements to the pypo installer:
* Added installation of daemontool scripts
* Put files in more appropriate places
* Renamed files for consistency
