fgerlits b86507f15c Refactored the ScratchpadWindow: now the contents are stored in the window itself, instead of in the GLiveSupport object. ... The Scratchpad contents are loaded from the user prefs (and acquired) when the ScratchpadWindow is first opened, instead of at login; this makes the login a bit faster.
